Are there minimum quantities needed for ordering?

Yes, Min order is 10 items in any size and colour and any sizes or colours combination.

Can I bring in my own garments or do I need to buy yours?

Either way, we have a wide range or uniform and work wear for you to choose or  you may also bring us your own garments.

Can I order only garments without branding?

Yes, you can purchase plain garments.  

Do you need uniforms to be printed?

If you require your order of uniforms to be printed, our minimum order quantity for all new and repeat jobs is 10 garments per design and per colour way.

We do not print less than 20 garments with the same print design and colour way.

For SCREEN PRINTING, the minimum order is 20 garments.

How fast can we get our uniform order?

7 working days after the embroidery sample has been approved 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery times, as that is the responsibility of the out-sourced freight company and the location to where it is being delivered. We strongly recommend that you have the order shipped to a work address, as someone must be present to sign for the delivery.

NEW Job requiring New Artwork Set Up. Dispatched in 7 working days after sample approval.

REPEAT Job not requiring set ups. Dispatched in 7 working days.

DOUBLE Job requiring Embroidery & Printing. Dispatched in 15 working days.

Please contact us for pricing on larger quantites.

Cost covers the cost of screen printing for up to 2 colours to an A4 size. Additional set up fees may apply for additional required colours and or logos that are larger. Each logo must be applied to the minimum order quantity specified above. If you need your Logo in different sizes and colours, each will be treated as an additional logo. 

Can I order samples?

Yes, please call to discuss if you need samples of colours or sizing.

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you have ordered a New Garment and not a Sample Garment, then the following conditions must be taken into account. Though it would be handy to send out garments throughout the country and have them returned once a customer had finished with them, unfortunately, this simply is not financially viable!

As a respected and law-abiding business, we only permit the return of a garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. 

A) Should a garment be deemed to be faulty, we will only replace that item for an exact replacement, or we will repair it.

B) Should a garment not be as described on our website, we will happily exchange for the correct garment.

C) We do not accept returns for exchange, credit or refund simply because the customer has ordered the wrong garment, the wrong colour, the wrong size or has simply changed their mind.

Providing a Returns Service is the most expensive department in our industry. In order to provide the fastest and cheapest items, we have not incorporated this service into our business model. We understand that our business model may not be suited to everyone but at the end of the day, we want to provide the best products at the lowest price.

How can I know what size to order?

To assist you in making the right choices, we have added a size chart and instructional image to almost every product on the actual Product Description Page, which is where you order the garment.

Plus… to make it even easier to understand the sizing chart, we have added above the actual size chart a full descriptive image which can be open and viewed so as to learn how best to read the size chart.

If you are not confident in using the size charts, then you can order and pay for garments on our website. You can either order from our Samples Range or you can order New Garments should we not have the exact sample that you require. Please note that this will be subject to our Returns Policy.

Do you have a showroom?

Yes we do have a showroom at 1/4 Shaft Crt Hoppers Crossing

This showroom is open from Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm. Please note that we prefer customers to make an appointment with us. This way we can allocate a free staff member to assist you.

Please note that it is only a showroom to view the garments. We do have change rooms for customers to try garments on but we do not carry every garment in every size.
